User Data Deletion

Last updated: July 21, 2026 · Instructions for deleting MyHH data (including Facebook Login users)

Meta (Facebook) requires apps that use Facebook Login to provide a way for users to request deletion of their data. MyHH lets you delete your uploaded hands and/or your full account from inside the app. This page explains how.

What data we store

When you sign in with Facebook (or Google), we store:

  • Your name, email address, and profile photo URL provided by the login provider
  • A unique provider user ID used only for authentication
  • Hand histories and related study data you upload or create in MyHH

How to delete your data

Use the in-app deletion tools (sign-in required):

  1. Sign in to MyHH Open https://app.myhh.poker/login and continue with the same provider you used before (Facebook or Google).
  2. Open the deletion page Go to https://app.myhh.poker/account/delete (or open Account → Delete my data from the app navigation).
  3. Choose what to remove Select one or both options:
    • Delete all uploaded hands — removes uploaded files, parsed hands, and statistics; your account remains.
    • Delete account profile — removes your profile, signs you out, and also removes remaining hand data tied to the account.
  4. Confirm Type DELETE in the confirmation field and submit. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you signed in with Facebook

Deleting your MyHH account removes the profile data we received from Facebook Login (name, email, avatar URL, and Facebook user ID) from our systems, along with your MyHH content as described above.

Separately, you can remove MyHH’s access from Facebook:

  1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings
  2. Go to Apps and websites (or Business integrations)
  3. Select MyHH / myhh.poker and remove it

Removing the app on Facebook does not automatically erase data already stored in MyHH. Use the in-app deletion steps above (or email us) to delete data from our service.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@myhh.poker from the email address associated with your account and include:

  • The subject line “Data deletion request”
  • The email address and sign-in provider (Facebook or Google) for the account
  • Whether you want hand data deleted, the full account deleted, or both

We will verify the request and process it as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 30 days.

What happens after deletion

  • Selected data is removed from our active application database and upload storage
  • You will be signed out if you delete your account
  • Copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or operational logs until those systems rotate
  • We may retain limited records if required by law (for example fraud-prevention or legal holds)
