Last updated: July 21, 2026 · Effective for myhh.poker and app.myhh.poker

MyHH (“My Hand History”, “we”, “us”) helps poker players import hand histories, replay hands, track results, and study with groups. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control or delete it.

1. Who we are

MyHH is operated at https://myhh.poker (marketing site) and https://app.myhh.poker (application). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account and identity data (via sign-in providers). You can sign in with Google or Facebook. Depending on the provider and the permissions you grant, we receive:

  • Name or display name
  • Email address
  • Profile photo / avatar URL
  • A provider-specific user identifier

For Facebook Login we request the public_profile and email permissions. We do not access your Facebook friends list, posts, or messages.

Content you upload or create.

  • Poker hand history files (for example .txt or .zip exports)
  • Parsed hand data, statistics, flags, notes, and tags you add
  • Study group memberships and shared review content you choose to create or share

Technical and usage data.

  • Session cookies required to keep you signed in
  • Standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request paths) used for security and reliability

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your hand histories for advertising targeting.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and authenticate your account
  • Provide core features: import, storage, replay, filtering, graphs, and study groups
  • Display your profile name and avatar inside the app (and to group members when you join a group)
  • Communicate about account or service issues when needed
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (for example the EEA/UK), we rely on:

  • Contract — to provide the Service you request (account, uploads, replays, groups)
  • Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and product improvement in ways that do not override your rights
  • Consent — where required for optional permissions (for example Facebook or Google OAuth scopes)
  • Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose data under law

5. How we share information

We share personal data only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Authentication providers — Google and/or Meta (Facebook) process sign-in according to their own policies when you choose those buttons
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, storage, and related cloud services that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards
  • Other users you choose — if you join a study group or share flagged hands, members of that group can see the content you share and basic profile details needed for collaboration
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Retention

We retain account and hand history data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete uploaded hands or your account (see Data deletion), we remove the selected data from our active systems. Residual copies may remain briefly in backups or logs until those systems rotate in the ordinary course of operations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and session-based authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong account with your identity provider and sign out on shared devices.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete your personal data.

You can exercise many of these rights directly in the app:

  • Update your profile details where available in account settings
  • Delete uploaded hand data and/or your account via https://app.myhh.poker/account/delete (sign-in required)
  • Disconnect Facebook or Google access from that provider’s security settings

Step-by-step deletion instructions are published at myhh.poker/data-deletion.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction for online services). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@myhh.poker or use the in-app deletion tools described above.
